Vertical Jump to SL Landing (90 degree turns)

 

Directions:

  1. Perform a vertical jump.
  2. While in mid-air, turn 90 degrees.
  3. Land on single leg, maintaining control and balance.
  4. Repeat in the opposite direction.
  5. Attempt 5 repetitions on each side.

Motor control, dynamic landing, proprioception.
